About
Hi, I'm Jack.
A guide, a mirror, and someone who walks alongside you while helping you see yourself more clearly.

I'm someone who values depth, reflection, and genuine connection. I tend to approach life, and counseling, with a calm, steady presence — taking time to understand rather than rushing to fix. I'm naturally curious about people and the patterns that shape how we think, feel, and move through the world.
Outside of counseling, I'm drawn to practices that encourage slowing down and being present, including meditation, time in nature, and hands-on creative work. These parts of my life help me stay grounded and bring a sense of balance into the work I do with clients.
At my core, I see myself as both a guide and a mirror — someone who walks alongside clients while helping them see themselves more clearly.
I believe that when people feel understood and have space to reflect, they are often able to find their own way forward.
